After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room. "The staff were extremely kind and hospitable! We left some stuff behind and they contacted us on Expedia ASAP for us to pick it up before we left the town. We were very grateful. The room was big and spacious and toilet was clean. There were good supply of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We loved that they also provided some coffee powder for us in the morning.
