The main floor bedrooms each feature king beds, flatscreen televisions, fans, air conditioning and bedside charging stations. The ocean view master has an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the main floor bathroom has a tub/shower, plus a washer and dryer. In the ocean view loft bedroom, there is a queen bed, fans, bedside charging station and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Comfortable Island Living
From the contemporary décor to the upgraded amenities, Robert's Nest provides the comforts of home while relaxing in paradise. The kitchen and dining area features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for six. Cabinets are stocked with twelve place settings, cookware, serving dishes and small appliances. The living area includes a large sectional sofa, television with streaming video access and DVD player, fan and air conditioning.

Lanai with a View
From the lanai, you get a spectacular 180-degree view overlooking Keauhou Bay, perfect for taking in the sunset and maybe catch the green flash! Enjoy outdoor dining, dining table for six, fan and sunshades.

About Kona Country Club Villas
Kona Country Club Villas is both private, quiet, and well-appointed. It's There are just 116 units in the complex, but three gated pools and two tennis courts with one also setup for pickleball. Complex BBQ's added to the pool July 2025.

Located on Ali'i Drive, the property is also easy to access local activities and beyond. In addition to the Kona Country Club (ask about our preferred rates for guests of Robert's Nest), area highlights include Kahaluu Beach Park, Hawaii Island's best snorkeling bay and Keauhou Bay, home to ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling trips and fishing excursions—you can finally reel in that marlin!

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (Beginning Aug 2025 - until further notice) - The complex is beginning spalling repairs on stair landings throughout the complex. This entails repairing spalling and delaminated concrete in our stair landings and walkways, which involves removing damaged concrete, cleaning and protecting exposed steel rebar, and using high strength grout to finish the concrete repairs, before re-painting.

This is a non-smoking (including lanais and outside grounds) and no pets property. There is a nice designated smoking area near the main entrance. Please note that the minimum night varies seasonally, 7 - 10 nights.
