Fairway Villa 120A: Charming w/ Shared Pool, AC, Golf Cart & Lanai Ocean Views
BREATHTAKING VIEWS - This corner VILLA features 2700 sq. ft. of interior living space and another 500 sq.ft. of covered lanai that boasts unhindered views of the 15th hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and OCEAN. The villa comes with your own two golf carts to whisk you to the resort and all its amenities in under 4 minutes!
The spacious primary bedroom has its own private balcony, perfect for catching a nap or snuggling up with a book. Along with the king-sized bed, there is a primary walk-in closet and large primary bathroom with dual-headed shower connected to a very private balcony. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private bathroom, the second guest bedroom features two twin size beds along with its own bathroom as well. There is a powder room for guests to use so they don't need to disturb your space. All bathrooms boast marble and granite and have high-end finishes.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for your use. The kitchen's layout is perfect for those who love to cook and those who love to order in. The island in the middle of the kitchen allows for more counter space to chop your fresh veggies from the market or lay out the dinner you picked up from the one of the many resort restaurants. The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick breakfast for the kids, to have your morning coffee and read the paper, or cocktails in the evening. The villa promises to make you feel right at home, Hawaiian style.
Bring your family to the owners-only recreational area with aqua blue swimming pool, wet bar, and barbecue havana, located just down the street and unlocked to you with the keys to our villa!
Once your reservation with us is confirmed, we will register you with Hualalai's Residential Concierge. From establishing a resort-wide charge account to arranging golf and dining reservations to scheduling excursions, they are happy to assist you prior to your arrival and throughout your stay.
Guests are offered access to amenities at the Hualalai Resort Daily Resort fees are NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RENTAL RATE, and are required to gain access to the Hualalai Resort amenities, but are not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental.
Your registration and Daily Resort Guest passes provide you access to Hualalai Resort amenities throughout your access dates.

This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

* Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.
* Through January 3, 2026: $75–$230 per person per day (plus tax), subject to seasonal variation.
* Beginning January 4, 2026, fees will be as follows (plus tax, per person, per day):
– Shoulder: $77 Adult | $38 Keiki (ages 5–13)
– Peak: $118 Adult | $59 Keiki
– Peak of Peak: $175 Adult | $87 Keiki
– Festive (Dec 20, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027): $237 Adult | $118 Keiki
Infants (4 and under) are complimentary.
Guests may opt in for Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, and the entire household must participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and may adjust rates or policies without notice. After booking, the Resort team will reach out to coordinate access directly.
* Other Details: Mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies for stays of 14 nights or longer. Extra guest fees apply if approved.

The Hualalai Resort Spa will be undergoing enhancements to the outdoor aqua-thermal areas of both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. During this time, massage, body, and facial treatments will be temporarily relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Guests will continue to have access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool, with a temporary cold plunge and infrared sauna also available near the Spa Lap Pool.
