"Overall, we had a fabulous stay. Condo was exactly as described. The rooms were all clean and communication was excellent. We especially appreciated the notebook and all the labeling of everything. Great job. Also we enjoyed the paper products too. We definitely would stay here again. The two chairs in the living room are a little worn, but other than that, everything else worked out perfectly."

"AC was very good during this warm summer month of July. The only negative about this unit is the ceiling sound insulation is very bad. It is a bottom unit so you can hear floor movement from the unit above all day and night. Rather disturbing. The hot water also tends to run out after 8 minutes of showering. Aside from these its a good unit."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every thing was great and what we expected when we arrived. We were contacted and said our property was ready early so we could check in early. One thing to think about is maybe supplying some flytraps as they were pretty bad."

"Loved staying at Kuilima Estates West! Clean, pool was close to the condo and we even took our 4 year old grandson to ride a pony at Turtle Bay Stables. Also very near to Lei Lei's Restaurant which was delicious! Enjoy the scenic drive to Kahuku and the peace and quiet of the property. We will definetly be returning!"

"Easy check in, hot was available to help us out. Prime location for all the fun and sites less than 15 minute drive from everything. Really enjoyed the grills at the pool and the heated swimming pool!"

"We loved the house as a plantation style for our local family. Little run down but still amazing. Very comfortable Location was private and prime. We could hear and smell the ocean but not see it. The kitchen was well equipped, and clean, but the microwave was very funky. Also the yard had some kind of tiny thorny needles that injured 2 of our children's feet. All said I would rent this house again. Aloha"
