"This hotel is located about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking to the train station and shopping area. The room was decent size and very clean but the layout was a little odd. There was a tv but not really angled to watch it from the bed or the seating area. The bathroom was very small with a weird step up and raised threshhold at the bathroom doorway and a small deep bathtub typical of Japanese business hotels. We arrived for breakfast at about 8:45. "This hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the train station near the ropeway. Rooms are dated and are standard Japanese size. The bathroom had a high step up into the bathroom and is very small and tight to move around. We found it hard to sleep as we could hear the people next door and the bright aircon lights lit up the room. The block out curtains unfortunately didn’t block out the morning light on the sides. "Only issue I had is that the small Cafe at front desk opens at 9 am. It has great view and the bar is cute and cozy. Staff is kind and helpful."

"Located almost half way on the Shimanami Kiado steps from the sea in a quite little town. The room was minimal. The hotel doesn’t offer amenities and only two coffee bags and no milk. Checkin wasn’t till 4pm and after a long day cycling in summer an earlier check in would have been appreciated. What we payed for a small amount of time in the room was high. We also had a shared bathroom and toilet. The restaurant was underneath the rooms and you could hear people talking."
