One bedroom sleeps 4 with beautiful view NO RESORT FEE!


Remodeled ground floor condo, corner unit. Includes quartz counter tops and new cabinets, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Our bathroom has a new vanity with quartz counter tops and new cabinets along with new shower and tile floors. New draperies and shutters.

We are excited to share our Maui Condo. Our unit is a ground floor corner unit just steps away for the ocean, pool and jacuzzi. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. We have new ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom and flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa with a 8" mattress in the living room and a new king set in the bedroom. Complimentary Wi-FI is available throughout the resort.

There are no resort fees!

Once there, you can sit on the Lanai and enjoy the sunsets in the evening and in the mornings enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise light up the island of Moloka'i.

Our condo is within walking distance of the convenience store and grocery store. Papakea also has an activity director in the lobby who can assist you in booking endless fun including luau's, whale watching tours in season, sailing, snorkeling trips, golf, biking down the volcano and much more.

Papakea Resort on Maui's Kaanapali Coast is a relaxing haven on 13 acres of expansive lawns and lush gardens overlooking the ocean. Walk along the beautiful ocean or visit the nearby Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas to enjoy their beaches, championship golf courses, fine shops and restaurants.

Other amenities at Papakea Resort include 2 swimming pools , 2 jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, two 12-hole putting greens. We also offer numerous picnic and barbaque areas complete with 6 gas grills around each pool. Perfect for family reunions and outdoor parties.

Our island Manager Dave will initially supply our condo with toilet paper, paper towels, hand/ dishwasher soap and trash bags for your convenience to last your first day or so.

Absolutely Amazing!

5 Stars – Perfect Maui Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Maui! Awesome Stay

We recently stayed at this beach condo with our kids, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the stunning ocean views that took our breath away. The property is well maintained, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy morning walks along the shore and sunsets that were simply magical. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved having our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the waves. The property also offers plenty of amenities, including a sparkling 2 pools with jacuzzis, beach chairs, and even a barbecue grills, which we used for a fun family cookout. Our kids enjoyed boogie boards and sand toys. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Great location

End room that you can park right next to, so great for unpacking and packing up. Clean and had everything we needed, including things for the beach. We arrived a day early and they accommodated us with no issues. Very easy to work with. Great amenities and not super busy. Would definitely go back!

Excellent all around

Terrific location and condo as described. Nice to have incidentals like beach chairs and boogie board available. Beautiful grounds with a very nice pool and huge spa (never crowded). The community area includes a bunch of brand new Weber grills and a covered ocean view dining area with 5-6 tables. Unit is ground floor closest to parking lot. Convenient and we enjoyed coffee outside on the deck each day overlooking the green common area. Peak ocean view from the condo. Very short walk to beach and swimming (5 mins) along the ocean. All around great Maui experience.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool. Check in was ok. We got to the place befire 9p. Check in was closed, The check in gave us a key and had us come back to fully check in the next day. Room was clean. AC was a plus. Dishwasher had an odor when we opened it the first time. We did a rinse cycle to remove the smell. Place was close to food trucks. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay.

Great family getaway

Loved our stay at D109 Papeka. The unit was great and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and even beach toys for the kids! Great host! Super fast with communication. Comfy beds and cool AC! We loved all there was to do at the resort: pickelball, tennis, mini golf, shuffle board, pool, hot tub, snorkel right off the steps and more! Thank you so much!

Perfect for tourists!

This was a wonderful location for busy tourists. We wanted to take in as much of the island as we could. The location worked well for the major stops, of course a bit of a drive to some, but we enjoyed being able to come ‘home’ to the beach. The place itself was as listed, lots of nice ammentities to help our stay! Will be recommending Papakea to others!

Wonderful stay

This was our first time visiting Hawaii and staying in a condo as opposed to a hotel. This property had so many extras for our kids (life jackets, beach toys, chairs…) its in a nice location close to a few shops. The weather wasn’t great but having the pool was nice for the kids. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicated with Jayne was very easy. Thank you

Very nice vacation spot!

Overall the place was very nice, clean, and we enjoyed our time. There were lots of activities to do (shuffleboard, swim, putt putt) but one of the downsides of the complex is there wasn’t much shade near the pool/ocean closest to the condo. It was nice that putt putt equipment, towels/beach gear, etc. we’re all available in the condo for us to use and that the unit itself was in a very good and centralized location!

Great stay

We loved our stay at the Papakea. The resort is beautiful and quiet. I was a bit worried about being on the ground floor near the parking lot and having people walk by all the time, but even though we were there during spring break, it didn't feel busy at all. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, including beach toys and a life jacket for our two-year old, which was much appreciated. Everything was clean and we didn't have any critters join us inside. We loved sitting out on the patio for quiet breakfasts, enjoying the beautiful view. The unit stays out of the sun all day so we never found it got too warm, and if we did need a cool down the AC unit worked great. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only thing we didn't love was that the bedroom is at the back of the unit off of the parking lot and was very badly soundproofed, so anytime someone walked by we could hear every word they said. It didn't bother us too much as we are early risers. I would definitely stay here again!
