"A great stay. Property has genuine "old Florida" vibes. Our stay began with a bit of an unusual twist, as the house had just been struck by lightening earlier in the day, which had knocked out both AC units in the main house and the wifi router. Some of our guests had arrived before us, so I messaged the host while we were waiting at the airport cell-lot for the last of our group. His response was immediate, and he began working on the issues and was there personally until around 11pm that first night. The AC units were repaired by the next morning, and we had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's birthday!"

"My high expectations for Cozy Cottage were exceeded. The host Sandra, provided excellent communication before and during my stay and really made me and my pup feel welcome. The cottage and the grounds are very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with utensils, soaps, towels etc.. There are even beach chairs, towels and sun hats for a trip to the beach.I'll definitely return. Jim"

"I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, simple, and very easy to settle into. The location was also extremely convenient for everywhere I needed to go during my visit.It was especially nice having such a genuinely pet-friendly place for my pup MaeMae and me. I also had the pleasure of meeting Francine, the host, shortly after I arrived. She was incredibly personable and welcoming, and it was immediately obvious that “pet friendly” really does mean pet friendly here—Mae Mae certainly approved of the attention!Overall, it was a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay that suited us perfectly. Thank you, Francine, for making Mae Mae and me feel so welcome. I would happily stay here again."
