"The best thing about the Novotel Juhu Beach is the staff. They are amazingly attentive and hospitable. The restaurant food is also excellent The hotel does have a bit of a run down feel. The beds are pretty hard, in case thats an issue for you. The worst part is probably the beach. Not the hotel's fault but it is the dirtiest beach i have ever seen."

"Hotel is great. Mattress were a little hard and back hurt after sleeping on them. Have stayed there a few times and lived going to the beach but this time the beach was covered in trash completely. So hotel is good. I hope they remedy the trash on the beach. Loved swimming with friend last before."

"We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately the experience did not justify the room category or price paid. Before arrival, the hotel informed us that we may receive a Grande Ocean View room upgrade and also confirmed a complimentary half-kg birthday cake. While we appreciate the gesture, the room did not feel like an upgraded or premium room.
