"Horrible experience. Hotel does not answer their phones and thats the only way to check in. They do not have a traditional front desk. One phone number is disconnected. The others just ring. I was unable to check in and still have not received my refund. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in St Croix. However, I need to give my full transparent experience at The Palms. The view was my favorite part. But, you can’t enjoy the beach, it’s not an area that you can swim. There is seaweed and rocks throughout. There is a lot of construction going on and piles of wood laying around. It is far away from any kind of stores or places to eat. Be prepared to either rent a car or pay around $100/day for a taxi. The room was not cleaned daily. The garbage would be emptied, but bed not made.but, my biggest complaint would be that there were no TV channels available on the TV to watch. We had to rely on Netflix, which I suspect was someone else’s account that forgot to log out of it. Overall, we loved St Croix and the weather and view was perfect!! However, we will pick a different place to stay if we return. "

"Natalie, the manager was exceptional. Her hospitality her attention to your every need is what one needs on a vacation. The bed-and-breakfast is less than two walking blocks from the spectacular Christiansted boardwalk & the Historic district where you can also take the ferry and cross to HOTEL and the key the breakfast served and every morning what’s a great way to start the day upon my return this is where I plan to stay. Thank you Natalie 💋"

"The room was great, except we should have asked for a room on the first floor, as the stairs left us out of breath. Checking in was a breeze, front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The beach chairs and the ferry are at no charge to guests of the hotel, that was a nice surprise. They are renovating rooms and improving the amenities. The beach is perfect. Rolling Smoke BBQ on the beach is on point, delicious!!!! Bar staff is always top notch when I visit! All in all, a great stay and I was pleasantly surprised at the room amenities and ocean view."

"Sandra's property was clean, with a very comfortable bed, conviently located and had lots of ammnenities. Sandra is very friendly and accomodating. I will be back!"
