"Staff were lovely. The rooms are small of course but designed well so it has everything you could need. The bathrooms are beautiful, bed clean and comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. In a good location, quiet and safe as well as close to the Kitahama train station. Would stay here again!"

"I spent 17 days in Japan and this was one of my favorite spots it is a great location. The room overlooked a canal. The room was clean and fresh and the breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. "

"Staff was friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only negative thing is that the smoking room allows too much smoke into the lobby and the laundry room. We used the laundry room and our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better ventilation or air purifier would eliminate the smell of smoke"
