All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties after 22:00. Always be mindful and respectful of your neighbours.
Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and subject to fines by the Body Corporate.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to us prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at The Ellipse Waterfall Apartments. The entrance to the building is located in Magwa Crescent, and you will be staying at Unit 31002, which is located on the 10th Floor.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
