"The shuttle bus driver waiting at the station was very friendly and took care of our bags. Arriving at the hotel, the staff greeted us very warmly and quickly got us into our rooms. The superior room was very beautiful and had a fantastic view of the snowy mountains, and the outdoor onsen with the snow coming down and around it was gorgeous and extremely relaxing.
