Magic Place!

I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there.

The property perse was very good once we got there. The hotel condition was good but not excellent versus the normal price rate, the service was good and hotel perse has beautiful gardens. The pool looked good even though we did not use it. Breakfast was very good but I conidered it highly pricey.

Excelente servicio en general. Es un hotel bastante moderno, muy nuevo y creo que es muy bueno para eventos, tipo bodas, etc. también el menú del Brunch del domingo estaba delicioso tenían música en vivo. La alberca está en excelentes condiciones la verdad no tenemos ninguna queja, salvo que nos llegó una hamburguesa medio mal cocida, pero el personal se hizo cargo y nos abonaron después de eso en otro elemento del menú ya que ese día ya habían cerrado cocina pero nos lo dejaron para otro día. Gracias por las atenciones!

Nos hospedamos en el hotel por la boda de un amigo. Era la segunda o tercera vez que nos quedábamos ahí. Al dejar la habitación mi esposa se dio cuenta de que le faltaban un par de aretes que había dejado junto al lavamanos. Nos quejamos en la recepción y lejos de ayudarnos, el personal del hotel dijo que no podían hacer nada. Les pedimos si podían revisar las cámaras del pasillo o el registro de la cerradura electrónica de la habitación, pero nos dijeron que eso solo podía hacerlo el jefe de seguridad ir no estaba en servicio ese día. Al regresar a casa enviamos más de 5 correos electrónicos al jefe de seguridad, los cuales nunca contestaron. Intentamos contactar con la gerencia del hotel y de la cadena hotelera pero tampoco tuvimos éxito. El trato e indiferencia del personal arruinaron nuestra experiencia en el hotel y la próxima vez que tengamos que ir a Cuernavaca nos quedaremos en otro hotel.

Lo mejor: Todo el personal es sumamente atento y las instalaciones están limpias y en excelentes condiciones. Lo mejorable: El buffet es bueno, pero no está al nivel de otros hoteles de similar costo. Un Spa también sería una buena adición a un hotel como éste.
