"We had the best Experience!, 4 Mates in a band 'Dove Creek' who has a really good time making music and relaxing in this beautiful location. The cottage has everything you need and is really warm during the Winter Season. Highly Recommend Stay!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Kathy’s property in Warburton. The home was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities and in the perfect location (an easy walk into town). The fireplace was a highlight for the winter time! We hope to be back soon. :)"

"Great location near the river and just a short stroll into town. Ideal for a short stay with all the amenities you need including a great wood fire which was very welcome on our rather chilly winter weekend. Property is also dog safe being fenced all around unlike many “dog friendly” places we looked at. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is so beautiful inside and out. A great location near the river, and the garden is stunning. Loved the spa bath and sitting by the fire. Some very minor things that could be improved would be the quality of the bedding (polyester sheets) and providing firewood (which is a challenge to transport for those of us on bikes) and dishwasher tabs. We were also short one towel, but I assume this was just an oversight. Would love to come in summer so we can enjoy the beautiful garden (including resident lyrebird) and outdoor firepit."
