"Check in time was 2PM, would have been nice if they let us in the room at 1:45PM. Seems really good unnecessary to keep us out of room when it was already cleaned and available. Water in shower was at best luke warm on the highest setting. Not exactly up to standard on cleanliness and in room amenities. Won’t return."

"D’Gecko was a wonderful place to stay. It was incredibly clean I think they cleaned the floors of the hotel at least 3 times a day and gave us slippers to wear around to make sure that the floors stayed clean. The room was quiet and relaxing with a great air conditioner that left you feeling cooled off after long hot days. Additionally the staff was very helpful, the booked rides for us and gave us recommendations on where to go during our trip and how much to pay. Overall and great experience...

"Great hotel, loved the location for canyoneering and whale sharks. Owner was super nice and asked us if everything was good daily. Breakfast was included and very good. Ate at the restaurant for dinner twice and food was great. Recommend!"

"It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty.
