"We would stay at the von Trapp Lodge again because of the history and amenities. We were disappointed in the hotel staff. They did not go out of their way to be helpful or provide support. Anytime we ask questions we felt that we were interrupting them. We were staying for our 20 year anniversary as noted in our reservation and nothing was ever said by any staff member or even a simple card in the room which was a disappointment."

"Fantastic location in the city, well maintained and cleaned rooms with great amenities. Only downside was coffee machines upstairs was off in the morning - whilst the coffee shop downstairs was open… hopefully just bad luck on my part!"
