"The floor was not clean, and I had to ask them to mop the floor. After mopping the floor, it was still dirty. The show did not work and had to ask them to fix it so I could take a shower. The area rug in the room was stained in more than one spot."

"Needs TLC. Front desk didn't give us the breakfast vouchers - we had to go back and ask for them. Breakfast buffet doesn't have the best choices. Roach on ceiling one morning. Rust on the bathtub.
