"The staff were helpful. There was a problem with the shower...the water was very hot and could not be adjusted. I had to have someone come to adjust the water. The water was also slow to drain while showering. They did offer to change the room. It was ok."

"Physical Building is excellent! Staff was excellent, near the train station with a couple of coffee amd restaurents a little walk from the hotel. note though: rooms donr have small refrigerator, no microwave and no air conditioning we had tonopen thr windows with no screens at nihjt good thing nothing went inside like mosquitosnor birdsnir anything. "I was left standing outside of the apartment unable to get in as the check in instructions were incorrect. I sent multiple messages asking the correct code to enter and was sent the same link over and over again as well as told the same answer over and over again which was wrong. I sent pictures and was ignored. Finally after demanding a refund I was sent the correct code to enter the apartment which an apology after sitting on the ground outside in a new country with nowhere to go. After finally gettin in the WiFi did not work. The apartment was clean but the check in process was enough for me to book another place and not return. "
