"Very happy to stay. Friendly staff. Door lock might need some attention and one curtain no able to pulled. Very minor matters and I am sure they would have been looked at Had I asked but was out most of the time seeing relatives. Hotel has been upgraded since my last visit and there is a huge difference . "Clean, well appointed room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is buffet and there are plenty of hot and cold choices that will suit nearly anyone. Another online reservation company cancelled my friend's 2 room reservations without telling them, so they showed up without a reservation. WatersEdge was almost completely booked, but was able to find the last 2 rooms for my companions to stay in that night. They went above and beyond. Room insulation was great, couldn't hear your neighbors or anyone walking down the hall. There is NO laundry service available unless you go up the street a way to a self-serve machine in a parking lot (kinda strange arrangement). Easy walking distance to the Titanic museum, plenty of food, coffee and pubs near by. Would stay here again."
