I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at the Trident Hotel in Jaipur! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warm hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our visit was perfect, with special thanks to Akash and Shriti for their warm, welcoming and attentive service at each of our meals in the restaurant.
The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff was evident throughout our stay. When our daughter came down with a sinus infection, the hotel staff promptly assisted us in securing the necessary medications, ensuring we felt supported and cared for. I was particularly touched when they thoughtfully provided a heat lamp to ensure our comfort during the special Valentine's Day dinner, literally creating a warm touch that turned a challenging situation into a memorable experience.
The culinary experience at the Trident was the biggest highlight. Our taste buds were delighted by the delicious creations of chef Himanshu and sous chef Monika, who curated a fantastic selection of gourmet food. Their dedication to offering a true taste of local cuisine was evident in the delectable samplings we had the pleasure to enjoy. Every meal was a celebration of flavors, prepared with skill and passion that reflected the rich heritage of Jaipur's culinary scene.
