"Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there. "

"The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care."

"The staff is outstanding at this beautiful property. We only stayed one night in Bikaner and weren’t expecting much based on some of the negative reviews we read on Trip Advisor before booking. However our experience was outstanding. We were warmly greeted and given two beautiful suites. The floor in our room had just been refinished and was still off-gassing. "The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. I would have loved to of had the time to get to know everyone better. I cannot recommend this establishment more. If you are even close to Bikaner stay here."

"I booked my group at Lallgargh Palace after my reservation Laxmi Niswas Palace was cancelled. Although they are located on the same Heritage Property complex, they are not comparable . The staff at Lallgargh are on par with a Travel Lodge. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reminiscent of an offering at a school cafeteria. Although the rooms are enormous, the pictures don't show chipping paint, leaking pipes. and torn furniture. It was a disappointment at every level. "

"Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO."
