"Fantastic welcome and greetings. Hotel is modern and clean. Restaurant and rooftop bar were amazing. Only issues I encountered were the incorrect WiFi password was given so had to call reception, and also the air conditioning didn’t work. Though the maintenance staff did come in asap to re-gas it."

"We are a family of six stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights in July 2026. This is an excellent hotel to stay in Jaffna, and we will definitely stay here without hesitation in our next Jaffna visit. Location is safe, convenient and very close Jaffna town. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. Staff are extremely courteous, extremely helpful and professional.
