"Room was very nice but shampoo bottle in shower was empty and I was already in the shower so too late to let front desk know. I told staff when we checked out (only had a 1 night stay). Did not like being charged $10 for parking our car on hotel lot (if I had known this prior, I might have chosen different hotel). The room was quite nice though and all staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety of options and the set up was very well done. "

"I’m sorry to write an not so good review but some of the staff was kinda rude , but I will stay again because I did like that they had small let out bed for the kids. Food was kinda good but on my first night the server was pretty rude , but second time we stayed Saturday until Sunday , they had different servers and all went well."

"I will never forget the smell. It smelled awful in the room, like vinegar, not sure what it was. On top of it cigarette smell too. I woke up middle of the night with a headache from the smells. Shampoo bottle was half used. We would’ve gone somewhere else but it was very late at night, our child was sleeping. We just needed to make it through the night. I would never stay there again. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. They need to do better and time to renovate, especially for the prices."

"The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out, lovely pool and not overly cold. The room was a letdown. Beautifully decorated, but the bathroom sink had no stopper so anything you accidentally drop in the sink, jewelry, hair barrettes or eyeliner pencil drops down the drain. Shower was fine but the toilet would randomly flush and then run for a while. We had to shut the door at night because it was so annoying. Beds are ridiculously hard, but some like that. Between the toilet and the bed I literally didnt sleep at all. Pillows are small and way overstuffed. Sheets were nice, but the bottom sheet was folded rather odd, i had to unfold a part to stretch out my feet The balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and gardens are a nice place to sit. But, the concrete is crumbling and stepping on the pieces hurt! Also, the rusty rebar is showing amidst the crumbling cement on the balcony. All the staff here was very nice A++ I probably would stay again mostly because it is so convenient to get to and from JAX airport, but I would inspect the room and ask for a different room ff it was as bad as the one we had. On a previous stay 2 yrs ago I tried the breakfast buffet, it was very disappointing at the time so we didn’t go this time."
