Start unwinding immediately - this is fully prepared with everything you will need for you stay including comfortable linens, plush towels, and even beach supplies and bikes free of charge. The spacious living room, including the cozy conversation area with club chairs, is perfect for sharing a bottle of wine and chatting about all the events from your day exploring the area or enjoying the beach. The dining area has ample space for enjoying a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, or playing a game after a long day in the sun. The beautiful, light drenched sun room directly off the living room, gives extra sleeping space with a twin+trundle bed, or just a place to lounge with a book or nap after enjoying a day at the beach. There are three bedrooms upstairs with beds just waiting to welcome you after a long day.
All parts of this three bedroom unit, the garage which houses the laundry room, bikes, beach supplies, small private patio with fence adjacent to Florida Room and the side patio.

PETS We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $100 for up to 5 days, and $10 per day for each day after that. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20lb, or 1 dog under 40lb. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. Breed and age are needed along with current proof of vaccinations, and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our insurance requires us to collect certain information regarding animals for the safety of all our guests and their pets, which you will be asked to provide upon booking. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals and we are a very dog friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend with you to many restaurants or bars that have outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
MULTIPLE PROPERTY OPTION: We do have other units in the building that are 2 and 3 bedrooms. You are also welcome and encouraged to book any combination of units together if you need more space or traveling with multiple groups - so if you are booking one of the other units and this one is available, you are welcome to add it on for any number of nights, and vice versa.. Just reach out and I am happy to try and accommodate your needs.

We gladly allow small dogs in this unit, a maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs, or 1 dog under 20 lbs. If you are bringing pets with you, please add their breed and age in your intro message, and prepare to show proof of current vaccination.
