This elegant 3rd floor Ocean Place condo will make your beach getaway wishes come true! It is updated and spacious enough to accommodate groups of up to six with room to spare. And the cool, crisp tones used throughout set the scene for a restorative visit to Amelia Island!

Ample seating is available in the oceanfront living area which has a stylish sofa, two comfy chairs and flat screen TV. Salty breezes await just beyond the sliding glass doors on the private covered balcony where guests will find a table and four chairs for outdoor dining opportunities.

The fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining spaces. White cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile, and stainless appliances combine to create a sparkling oasis for meal preparation. The round dining table seats four and there is room for four more at a second table in the eat-in nook off the kitchen.

The luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony is a true vacationer's retreat! A fully renovated attached bathroom includes an oversized tiled walk-in shower and quartz topped double vanity.

Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and an attached full bath with combination bathtub shower and a generously sized vanity. Bedroom 3 is furnished with twin beds and charming coastal décor. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway and features a lovely tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity.

Ocean Place has two beachfront community pools for guests use, but one of the best amenities it has to offer is its proximity to the Ritz Carlton. A two minute stroll down Ocean Place's private pathway will lead you to the luxurious Ritz Carlton Hotel where you can shop the elegant boutiques, treat yourself to a massage at the spa, grab drinks at the poolside bar, and dine at their delicious 5 star restaurant

Summer 2025

Excellent location for annual Mayo meetings with easy access to groceries, shopping and dining.It was very unusual to have renovations going on which caused some disruptions and closure of the south pool and beach access. On the other hand, it’s great to see an already nice property being attended to!

Quiet relaxing vacay

Location of this property, the layout, the clean and well stocked extras. It all rolled into a brilliant family week on Amelia island. If the property owners could control weather, it would have been perfect. A heated pool would have been the cherry on top.

Clean, beautiful condo with nice ocean views

The condo unit was very clean, with a freshly-cleaned smell upon entering. The layout was great, providing space for our family of 5. We loved the walk-in tile showers in the master and guest bedrooms. A TV in the twin bedroom would be a nice feature to add. Very spacious unit and bedroom sizes. Lots of bath towels provided, along with kitchen supplies. Beautiful balcony, with nice views of the ocean. The balcony access from the master and living room is a nice feature. We loved seeing turtles on the grass below every day, along with dolphins in the ocean. Elevators are not great... They take too long to arrive, the doors take too long to open, and I was told that prior to our arrival, some people were stuck in them, and frankly, I was afraid to use them. After reading that others had left beach chairs prior to our stay, we were surprised that they were nowhere to be found. Yes, it was outlined that no beach items were supplied, but this is the first beach condo I've stayed in (we travel every year) where chairs were not made available. Please consider allowing future guests access to such items... We know they exist. Pool was nice, but no lighting is available and makes for traveling down to the beach after dark a little dangerous, with little room to walk around the pool in pitch dark. I love that the condo is gated with a security code needed, but why is there no lock on the gate to the beach? Any person from the public beach could come up to the pool area or access the condo without a security lock. I don't understand the gated entrance, if there's not the same security from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and thought the unit was clean & beautiful, with modern updates and very nice features. We would definitely return again to this unit.

Perfect Stay

The unit size and layout was perfect as was decor and amenities. The only thing we would have added was mor balcony seating only because there were 5 of us. The location was great and having the Ritz right Nextdoor for food and beverages was a bonus.

Awesome condo

Honestly this property is even better then the pictures! The condo is updated, very clean, beautifully decorated and a perfect location. My husband and I and our 2 teenage kids stayed and everyone had their own space. It is much better then staying in a crowded hotel room. The view is amazing from the large balcony! The proximity to the ritz is about a 3 minute walk down the path in front of the property. This was so convenient to get lunch by the pool as well as dinner. The Ritz has multiple dining options. Everything was outstanding with this rental! My daughter and I also enjoyed the pool which was beachside and very quite.

Very nice condo.

Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, large balcony. Great location as our son was getting married at the Ritz. Walkways and elevators did stay dirty but the condo was nice. There is a cart for taking your stuff up and down, just look for it.

Amelia Island

Property was great right on the beach, easy walk. Would have been nice to have beach chairs, beach towels, etc… at property, had to buy a bunch of stuff to use for the week that we had to leave behind. Pool also was not heated so no swimming which bummed kids out. Very quiet town and beach not a lot of crowds, great restaurants and downtown area. Had a great week with family, would love to come back

Beautiful view

Very nice property. Lots of updates in kitchen and baths. kitchen had essential items that one would need. Sounds echoed due to only 1 rug in entire property. Difficult keeping noise down for later sleepers. Several pots and pans were dirty and had to be washed prior to use. Not the owners fault as I’m sure previous renters put them away dirty. We assumed the tennis courts seen in the photos were part of the property and could be used. This was not the case as the courts belong to the Ritz next door. Overall, nice place to spend a vacation.

Great Condo! Highly Recommend

Ladies Cousin Getaway - Location was perfect, clean updated and beautiful view from the balcony. Loved the high top chairs and table on the deck. Kitchen stocked well (could use more martini and champagne glasses) Luckily I brought my own :-) The starter items were very helpful The weather was unusually cold and rainy for the first weekend in November so we didn’t even get to put our feet in the sand. Thankfully the unit was bright and comfy. We also enjoyed having the Ritz Carlton close by. - Walking distance. Very convenient. I would love to go back in the Summer with my family of four to enjoy a sunny stay. :-)

Lovely property

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, beautifully decorated and loved the ocean front deck, views and breezes coming off the ocean. The check in process was easy with very clear communication throughout the booking and prior to arrival. Beautifully appointed kitchen, well stocked with all that we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for having us!

Enjoyed our stay and the condo

Condo was great and had everything you needed. Clean, spacious and has a Great view. Property is accurately pictured and bathrooms updated nicely. A plus was being directly being beside the Ritz hotel and was able to walk to dinner and their bar. Management was very responsive and professional for anything. Only minor complaint I have about the condo was the water pressure was not great in shower. The property doesn’t have a gym but we were on vacation. We would stay here again.

Amazing condo - disappointing pools

This condo is exactly as pictured...clean, updated, comfortable with a view you can’t beat. We spent our mornings and evenings on the patio at that blue table and loved it. The one MAJOR bummer of the week is that the pools weren’t heated. It was only in the 60s the weeks before we got there and while our weather was mostly great in the 70-80s, a freezing cold pool was super disappointing for 3 kids who really wanted to swim. We spent more time in the freezing cold ocean because it honestly felt about the same as the pool. I think the ocean was around 65-68 degrees when we were there and the pool was not warmer. We realize this isn’t the condo owner’s fault and we still LOVED the condo. But I would think that the property manager for Ocean Place would want guests to want to return at this time of year. By contrast, the pool at the Ritz next door was packed! We looked into buying a day pass just to be able to swim and they unfortunately aren’t offering that due to COVID. We would absolutely return here in warmer months when the temps are warmer!
