Sophistication & Convenience; Urban Flat one block from Town Square

Just one block from all the galleries, restaurants and shops this Carney-designed condo has floor to ceiling windows, great views of Snow King, abundant natural light and spacious 10-foot ceilings. Features include commercial grade appliances, gas fireplace, reclaimed trestle wood floors, quartz countertops, wool carpet, stone floors, private elevator access, and two designated underground parking spaces in heated garage. You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack.

199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a 25-minute drive away, or easily accessible via the nearby public bus stop. The entrance to Grand Teton National Park is 12 miles to the North and the airport 8 miles.

Well furnished, clean unit in a very nice quiet building. The building is in a great location very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. One of the better units we have stayed in in the last five years and we visit a couple of times per year.

Very hard mattress in master bedroom and very low toilets in bathrooms. Tub drains very slow on guest bathroom. Water temperature fluctuates in master bathroom shower. It goes from warm to ice cold to scolding hot back to warm.

Mostly good

Most of the stay was good.MBR has poor circulation; AC did not properly cool that room. I called the property manager and a fan was sent the next day. However, whoever delivered the fan disrupted the lock in some way, and from that point on, it required that we manually activate the lock on the door. I would also suggest checking the large throw rug by the window and 2 white chairs; I believe it has fleas (I have flea bites after sitting in that area).

Beautiful condo - spacious and modern

A couple of blocks away from the heart of Jackson, so we were able to walk everywhere. The unit is modern, spacious, nice toiletries and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to relax & walkable to Jackson Hole Antler Arch!

This property was perfect for 2 couples on an adventure. Loved the large central kitchen and great room with cozy fireplace. We were busy during the day with snowmobiling so really appreciated the awesome place to rest up. For meals could easily walk to the many restaurants in Jackson Hole but also was great to eat in and appreciate the condo!

Amazing property

I cannot say enough about this property: location is 5 mins from town center Jackson, safe neighborhood, large condo with 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Washer/dryer, beautiful furnishings and the best stocked home for an easy stay. We all loved it.

Beautifully appointed place with all the modern conveniences. Top of the line appliances, spacious bedrooms. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable and quiet but perfectly located for a short walk to town center. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return too!

Made a short visit to Jackson and this property was just right. Close to the shops and restaurants, but on the quiet side of town. Easy to book and the property management team was helpful and connected. We will be back.

Location, Location, Location

This unit was great! There are so many amenities! The fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, ample closet space, full size washer and dryer, all make it feel like you're at home and not at a regular old hotel. While there are no mountain views, the location is awesome. It's a quick walk to anything in Jackson. The two underground parking spots are a huge plus! I highly recommend!

Large rooms with underground parking

Security here is the very best. Very comfortable with everything you need. Only complaint was the shower temperature varied from hot to cold in both showers, but an awesome place within walking distance to town.
