Liked this hotel. Didn't spend much time here but great from the room. Quiet. Safe. Good overnight stay. Staff at breakfast could be more helpful and smile more but overall not a bad stay.

This was a very good hotel to stay in, we had a lovely view of the sea from our room. The only thing I would say is breakfast could have been better with a bit more selection of food. Otherwise we had a great time, very close to Kanak Sq and Kemeralti Market.

Not great, a little TLC required to gain 4* title.

Disappointed that the restaurant was completely empty the 2 nights we were there so we had to eat elsewhere also nobody seemed to use the bar either despite having a great location and views. Breakfast was quite good. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Fridge a waste of time having as it went off when the roomcard key was removed so useless to keep anything cold.

I my reservation was for a non smoking room, I requested a non smoking room at the check in, But I was given was a smoking room They changed it to the non smoking floor, ,,But my first impression, the terrible smelling room I entered first. View is nice.

The hotel had a great view, located right in front of the port and the sea, just 10 meters away. The breakfast room was fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your meal while looking directly out at the sea. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, and it was continental. The room was spacious, and the linens were clean, but the overall cleanliness and freshness of the room were not up to standard. For instance, I noticed some mold in the shower, which is common in coastal hotels, but it’s typical to address this regularly to prevent it from being visible. Additionally, I found a hanger left behind by a previous guest, which shows a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the view and the location, as it offers easy access to different modes of transportation – boat, train, bus, and even taxi, with a taxi station located right in front of the hotel. Overall, I liked the hotel, but a few improvements, such as upgrading the shower and toilet materials, would make the experience even better.

Very old and run down hotel, how they have 4 stars is a wonder. Mold and holes in The toilet and beside in bed. The staff is very rude and unwelcoming, even called us to ask when we are leaving on the day of check out. We asked to extend due to late flight, they said that they’re fully booked which was a lie, because they had rooms vacant on multiple sites. The cleaning staff sent passive aggressive notes, saying if we want the room cleaned we should inform the reception due to the fact that we had DND on the room. Breakfast was boring tasteless and repetitive,breakfast staff didn’t answer when you greeted them. Staff had bad service , never came on time and fixed the clogged up tub, which was disgusting. we stayed in an non smoking floor. But it smelled smoke throughout the entirety floor and our room. We called to tell them that- the receptionist was indifferent and didn’t want to investigate in the matter if anyone was actually smoking on the non smoking floor. Don’t book here.
