"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"Boa estadia em Campos do Jordão. O hotel e bem localizado, não fica nem a 5 min do centro, boas acomodações, recepção e quarto. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos . No refeitório há também um bar . Bom café da manhã . Há uma piscina aquecida, sauna e academia. Na verdade o hotel pertence a mesma rede proprietária do Castelo e do seu vizinho Hotel nacional inn"
