"The hotel was wonderful, ideal location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was attentive and proactive in assisting you getting transportation from the airport to tour recommendations. In addition, the hotel had currency exchange, onsite restaurants and spa treatments."

"Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My group and I had a wonderful stay at The Charlee Hotel. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from the entire team — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Anderson at reception, who looked after me beautifully from the moment I arrived. I was waiting for my group of 14 friends whose flight had been delayed, and Anderson was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout. His service was exceptional. Santiago was equally outstanding. When our group of 15 departed with around 30 suitcases, he went above and beyond to help the driver load everything into the van, all while maintaining a wonderful smile and positive attitude. Truly first-class service. A big thank you as well to the evening security team, who looked after us while we waited outside for transportation and helped keep unwanted street vendors and solicitors at bay. We really appreciated their care and professionalism. The only minor improvements would be adding sun loungers around the pool and speeding up the egg service at breakfast, which could sometimes take 15–20 minutes. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire Charlee team — especially Anderson, Santiago, and the evening security staff — for making our stay so memorable"

"I really enjoyed my stay. One observation the staff need to be trained how to act in case of an earthquake. The security guy was instructed people to stay in the building."
