I really appreciate all the staff and hard work they go through to make sure that their customers enjoy their stay and are happy! The hotel rooms were also nice and the breakfast and snack time options are pretty good! Definitely recommend staying here as many tourism places are nearby, with a walkable distance instead of taking a taxi!
It was a great experience. Starting with the location, very close to the most famous mosques and to the Tram station.
The staff is just amazing. They are very kind. Special comment to Enes. Thanks for everything. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Situated near Blue mosque and walkable distances to metro and shopping markets. Good staff and service. Clean room. Just the room service was bad. Delivered after 2 hours and food was cold.
Very beautiful hotel, it is near the attractions and you can reach everywhere by foot.
The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious. Next time I will come again to this hotel when I visit Istanbul.
Very good service, clean and in an excellent location. I will recommend to anyone interested in know the oldest part of the city.

Absolutely amazing staff! The kindest and most helpful people! The hotel was very nice and the location was very central to the historic areas, with everything being in walkable distances. We would definitely recommend! We miss Istanbul already :-)
Totally worth it! it was spacious enough. The room was very clean (apparently opened 3 month ago) The place was lovely.the staff spoke English and they were helpful.
The Sultan Hamit Hotel is a great choice to stay at as it is near all the historic sites and great restaurants. They have a great breakfast, as well as free snacks in the afternoon and evening. On the slight downside, we paid for a sea view room, but the room was small with sloping walls so I kept hitting my head. The room was
Nice and clean. There was a sea view but the window was small. The mini fridge did not work, there was a slight sewage smell from the shower, and a couple of drain flies in the bathroom. You have to remember that most of the buildings here are older and historic so it comes with the territory. We were out for most of the day so it didn’t really matter. If you stay, ask for a room with straight walls :)
Location is perfect, within short walking distance to all main Sultanhamet attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc). Very quiet, perfect for good night sleep, yet very close to the street with many restaurants. Our triple room was quite comfortable and good size. There was a fridge and electric kettle. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside for us was breakfast which, despite containing a lot of options, offered very few tasty things. Instead of 6 types of olives and many types of spicy sauces for breakfast we would prefer to have a nice yogurt (which was available on some days but not others). All the warm options (scrambled eggs etc) were usually lukewarm. We were desperately craving non-white (wholegrain/brown) bread and butter. If we would stay for just couple of days, it would be not a big issues, but we stayed for 2 weeks, so became quite desperate by the end of our stay for having some properly warm and tasty options for breakfast.
