Superb location on the peninsula, within walking distance of the Hajia Sophia, cistern, the port etc., and many restaurants (ranging from the side street red-cushion ones to fine dining. We had a wonderful stay at Sanasaryan Han. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you want to explore Istanbul’s historic Sultanahmet area and be close to many of the city’s most iconic attractions. What stood out most, however, was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. They were always attentive and willing to help, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A beautiful and very convenient place to experience the historic heart of Istanbul. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Excellent area to get around and walk everywhere. Mustafa was amazing! So kind and helpful. All of the staff, actually, Yigit helped us make reservations at a local hamam and they even walked me across the street and waited with me to get a cab the first night. The room was so spacious and clean

This was our first trip to Istanbul, and I spent a long time researching and choosing the right hotel. I’m so glad I took my time, because my patience certainly paid off! From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Cin, the concierge, went above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of the Old City and the Egyptian Spice Market. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more special. The hotel also arranged a sunset cruise along the Bosphorus, which was absolutely phenomenal and a highlight of our trip. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already planning our return to Istanbul next year, and we will definitely be staying at Sansaryan Han again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable Istanbul experience!

Beautiful hotel located in between all the sites you want to visit. Staff at check-in was super friendly and that same friendliness and helpfulness we encountered throughout our stay. In our room, we found delicious treats as a welcome gift, and each day, there was a small surprise. We’ll be back!
