Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is great and walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and enough varities. Staff friendly and helpful. They helped us for everything. Actually Mr. Cihan very nice person. They clean our room everyday and changed towels daily as well. View from terrace was wonderful. l can advise this hotel to everyone.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff, location, cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is very central. You do not need public transport. I used the VIP transfer service on the way to and from the hotel and I was very pleased. You can request this from the hotel. They also helped for sim card and Bosphorus tour. Great service and great location. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged our transfer and tours. Breakfast delicious and varieties enough. Hotel location is wonderful. it is by walking distance to everywhere. Terrace has super view. The next time l will come to Perapolis again.l can advise to everybody to go this hotel :)

Hotel and rooms were well decorated. Location is excellent and quiet. Everywhere walking distance, you dont need use transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They help use for organise tour and airport transfer.Breakfast was delicious and varities enough. l can advise this hotel to everybody. l feel at my home. The next time l will come here again.

Perapolis hotel is located very near the blue mosque and Arasta bazaar. The area surrounding the hotel is set up for tourists and has many facilities such as convenience shops restaurants and souvenir shops. Prices are slightly high but you can haggle in the bazaar. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is good but could be varied. The room was clean and comfortable with working AC. The roof terrace has stunning views of the mosque,sea and other landmarks. Overall a positive experience.

Comfortable stay!

Lovely hotel, walking distance to main attractions. Lots of bars restaurants close by. Shame terrace wasn't in use would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside and appreciate the view. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

I have a reservation for five days I spent only three days in this dirty filthy place very bed dirty food are gross bugs. In the bathroom towels are very dirty services zero if you want to get sick, go stay in this place

I stayed at this hotel for an extended holiday, and while the location was decent, the room was smaller than expected and nothing special. My experience was marred by the unwelcoming attitude of the staff. When a guest came to visit me briefly before checkout, they were denied access without any courtesy. This lack of hospitality really affected my overall impression.

Go elsewhere don’t spend your money here

I booked this hotel because of the numerous comments rating this hotel very favorably. This was completely misleading and I am very surprised at the high ranking this hotel has considering what actually happens on the ground. The place is rundown, unkempt and very basic accommodations. Maximum a 2 star hotel. The breakfast is beyond terrible with stale bread and very few options all served in the basement of the hotel with a vacuum cleaner stored underneath the buffet table. The employees have an attitude to them and won’t do absolutely anything outside of what they think are their responsibilities. Nobody on the premises wears a uniform of any sort contributing to the feeling that you are staying at a cheap hostel instead of at a hotel. I could go on and on for hours. This hotel needs to receive more bad reviews and hotels.com needs to make sure the true comments are not deleted in order to stop scamming and confusing customers. I had a problem with the taxi when I left the hotel but I am not writing this comment because of the taxi situation but rather because I need to tell the truth about this place before more people fall victim to this very badly run hotel, like I did.

Impossible en fauteuil roulant.

La taille de la chambre n'était pas celle indiquée mais beaucoup plus petite je suis en fauteuil roulant et des équipements avait été signalés comme présents alors qu'il s ne l'étaient pas. J'avais écrit un email au gérant qui m'avait assuré que je pourrais rentrer dans la salle de bain avec mon fauteuil. C'était faux. Le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il a pu pour m'aider, jusqu'à nous laisser utiliser une salle de bain d'une autre chambre, un peu plus pratique, mais les conditions n'étaient vraiment pas celles annoncée. Il faut revoir les spécificités des chambres en détail dans l'application.

A localização é incrível, fica na melhor região de Istambul (Sultanahmet) ao lado dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Os funcionários são simpáticos, prestativos e ajudam muito. Hotel bonito y tranquilo

El hotel es bonito y agradable, Todo está limpio. La calle es muy tranquila por lo que no hay ruido que interrumpa el sueño. Está cerca de los principales monumentos de Estambul. Lo recomiendo.

Fantastic

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was so comfortable, especially the bed. Spacious room with useful facilities, even the shower was amazing! Well designed room allowing ease and comfort in my stay. Rooftop lookout was very special. The hotel was better than I anticipated. Location was an easy base to get around. Oh and breakfast! Lots of variety and many healthy options. I loved the coffee machine. Thanks so much
