Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Location is amazing very close to Taksim square and quick walk to Galata Tower. Apartment itself is pretty spacious however the sofa bed is not great did not even bother to use it the rest of the beds were great but the powerpoints near the bedside did not work unsure why other than that the apartment was great and would recommend

Prime location. Close to main Istiklal street and still not loud. Grocery stores were next door and so were many restaurants. Everything was at walking distance. Huge apartments. Sardar was extremely hospitable and kind.

We live staying here. Great experience, large apartment, new and clean, well maintained, good communication and service. Nearby restaurants and vibrant neighborhood. Istekal street, Taksim Square and Galata tower all in short walking distance. We are returning back to Istanbul again from another cities and will rebook here again.

Home is in great location , nearby parking lot and istiklal street. Approx. 150 sqmeter and have all needs such as oven, galley equipments, hair dryer , washing machine , iron etc. We stayed 4 people and really enjoyed home.

Fantastic!

Awesome location and beautiful apartment!! The grocery next door was super convenient. The space was huge and countless shops and restaurants directly outside the front door. The heated floors felt amazing on colder nights. We even chose to extend our stay in Istanbul due to how much we loved this apartment! Thank you Pera Residence!

This apartment is so spacious and clean. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, and shops easy to walk to. There is a mini mart right next to the building and also a fruit mart in front of the building. We ate at a local bakery in our street and also walked to other coffee shops in the mornings. The staff of this apartment is very responsive, helpful and super friendly! One morning I got locked up in the bathroom and they came to help in just 5 minutes !! One thing I would suggest is to better equip the kitchen with dish or paper towels, soap, cooking accessories, etc. I would definitely stay here again !!

2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, full kitchen requirements, washing machine, bathrooms, and excellent staff. You have to ask for cleaning. Everything near the door. Restaurants all around. Shishane metro station 3 minutes walking. Takseem square 20 minutes walk. No facilities available (swimming pool, sauna, gym, room service). TV available with no cable.

This property is perfect for those travelling as a family. It is apartment style living and it is in the heart of a very busy cultural hub full of shops and restaurants with a supermarket next door to the entry of the building. Historic attractions only minutes away, amongst modern restaurants including #SaltBae. Highly recommend a tram ticket in the area to get to some of the other nearby historic sites. Internally, there is a bit of wear and tear that would be expected from such a venue, however it could do with some safety repairs, such as power points in the bathroom. It is an extremely lively part of Istanbul so there will be a lot of street noise coming through from the street below if you leave the living room windows open. The bedrooms are well situated at the rear of the apartment so bulk of the noise is essentially none existent. Overall, it is well priced and well situated.

The property was just okay. The apartmant size was huge. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped with only 3 plates, 3 bowls, no knives, 6 massive spoons. There was barely enough to be able to cook a meal. The floors were filthy, the terrace door was off a hinge and nearly fell over. There was peeling paint in the bathrooms and the handle for the washer/dryer was broken making it difficult to use. There was no hand soap or washing up liquid. The fold out mattress was broken and dirty, the mattresses in the rooms were old, soft and had a big dip in them from use. However, the staff was great and the location was also excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pera Residence in Istanbul, Turkey, for two separate stays of three nights each, with 2 bedrooms apartments which is 1600 sqft size, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The residence offers spacious and well-maintained apartments, providing a perfect balance of comfort and convenience at very reasonable prices. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The apartments are not only big but also well-equipped, making them ideal for both short and extended stays. A special mention goes to Mr. Serder, the hotel manager, whose outstanding cooperation and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. He was always available to assist with any requests and ensured that everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and warm attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, Pera Residence is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future. Wonderful gem in the center of Beyoglu

The Pera Residence is just steps away from Istiklal Caddesi, one of the most famous streets in Istanbul. If you're looking for easy access to Taksim, Beyoglu, and Galata, it's hard to think of a better location. The photos on Hotels.com are very accurate and give a good sense of how the Pera Residence actually looks. (i.e. no surprises once you arrive) Very good design aesthetic and quite modern. Our family of 4 stayed in a 1,600 square foot apartment with a huge living room, mini-balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, and a laundry/utility room. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet area. We packed light, but if you have a lot of stuff, there's plenty of room. Throughout our 10-day staff, the onsite staff was very helpful and pleasant. If there's nobody at the reception area, all you need to do is ring a bell, and someone will appear within a few seconds. The only drawback is the noise level of the area at night, which is why I couldn't give this property a 10/10. Istanbul is a very late city, and the neighboring streets are very lively at night.

Disappointed

Disappointed after reading reviews and first time visiting Istanbul I took a gamble on this property instead of a traditional hotel. On arrival everything looked good and after this things just got worse, from the all night parties being held by other residents in the building to music from clubs blaring till late at night 3-4am. One of the rooms we had booked had a sewage smell as you entered the room and this was flagged on the 1st day nothing was done apart from an air freshener being handed out. No real sense of urgency to sort the matter. The sofa beds don’t work and you have to actually sleep on the leather sofa as a compromise again not as expected. Cold showers for 7 days as hot water was temperamental again no real urgency to sort by the reception staff. 7 nights stay and towels replaced once. Bedsheets bit replaced but came and made the bed the one day towels were replaced. Housekeeping in the building 10-5 but won’t even replace the bin when requested. Apart from location being really good I don’t know what else this apartment/hotel had to offer. If your travelling with family and kids I would avoid on the other hand for late night parties might be ideal. Hopefully the management can replace the really bad mattresses and pillows and make offer bit more of a housekeeping service to make this place more holiday friendly. Carrefour supermarket next door and plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance in terms of location and amenities.
