Great location close to Taksim mertro. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Little bit of noise due to night club, but not too much to disturb sleeping. Much better than other hotels in area which are close to night clubs.

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

NOTHING BRILLIANT - BUT IT WAS NICE

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location directly opposite Taksim Square. Rooms and decor are somewhat dated. Even the gym was a little bit dated. The rooms aren't very big. They do not claim to be a 5-star hotel...and they're not. It is basic and simple yet clean. You are really paying for the location!

This was one of the worst hotel stay ever that I have been too! First of all my husband and I booked double room and when we arrive they made us pay 80 USD more for extra person! But we are only too and the room says on the website 2 persons. Not to mentioned after paying all that money and we stayed for 4 nights they only give water at check-in…. You have to buy the extra water each night… what a rule ? Alsoo most importantly ROOOMSSS ARE TOO DARK! Like it’s night all day. Very very limited lightening. Please save money and book at nearby hotel there are bunch of good ones just few minutes away.

Watch out from the stuff

The stuff are so bad, they are trying to get your Money in a way or another. We asked if we can keep our luggages for 2 days then we Will come back to stay in the hotel. One person Told me around 5 15 dollars per person per luggage, then another one Said 4. And then the day where we were going to give them our luggages, they Said 5. And what is funnier, when we came back, the receptionist was asking us how much they told us, because he knows that there’s no fixed price, and he was pushing us to give him cash, and saying that this can’t be in the system, obviously so that he can get the money for themselves. And then at the end after a long conversation he accepted getting money by card and he was super mad about it! What a shame ! And maybe because of that, he gave us a room that smells sooo bad haha

This place is a three star place. Don’t ever choose to have their breakfast. First of all, there serve it on the 8th floor and you have to take the stairs to go up. The elevator takes you only up to the 7th floor. The breakfast has a variety of rubbish. Nothing is of even average quality. We paid for breakfast but ended up eating outside. They have a fitness center but only with a basic treadmill and some useless equipment. The amenities that come with the high room rate are very poor. Their electricity went out every single night. My husband sleeps with a CPAP machine and woke up gasping for breath. Their Wi-Fi is useless and you can’t go on to any website. I used my T-Mobile to communicate. They have a so called lobby which they lock up and I had to seat my visitors in the hallway on chairs on either side of the corridor. What is really annoying is they have variable rates for their rooms. I saw a woman who was bargaining and ended up getting rooms for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The only plus point is it’s location.

Do not book this property! It would be my recommendation to Expedia to remove this hotel from there listing. Firstly, there is a big language barrier, no one speaks or understands English. The room itself has things that do not work or broken. During our stay we had the bulbs burn out and no one from the hotel came to replace it. The took the entire fixture and never returned. We ended up staying in complete darkness. The rooms do not have air conditioning, heat or any fan. You only have a window which brings in all cigarette smoke in. This hotel claims to provide wifi, but you get zero connection in your room. If you need to use the wifi you have to go the lobby. When you get to the lobby, people are sitting there like it’s a party. They move the chairs, are drinking tea, eating and no one from the hotel says anything. Additionally, there is a night club that runs inside within the hotel on the rooftop. The hotel has there own folks bringing in people for clubs. There is loud music and noises until at least 2 am each and every night. There is a huge issue with smoking. Although the booking says non-smoking, the rooms are given ashtrays and matches and seep of strong smoke odour. Even in the lobby, the staff included light up cigarettes right there with there own friends. Absolutely disgusting and a huge disappointment with this hotel. Please do not book this at all. You are better off to book some where you are valued as a guest and get proper amenities.
