Ne kadar kötü bir işletme olduğunun kanıtını ne bir eksik ne bir fazla hepsini sırasıyla yazıyorum. İlk önce hotele rezervasyonumuzu yaptık ve hotel tarafından onaylandı. Daha sonra hotele gittiğimizde odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler ancak bir tane odalarının boş olduğunu belirttiler. O boş odayı bize, daha önce rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın 100 lira daha fazlasına bize vereceklerini söylediler. Bende daha önce sabit bir fiyattan rezervasyon yaptığımı belirttim ancak onun geçersiz olduğunu hotele geldiğimiz günün fiyatının geçerli olduğunu söylediler. Ve başka birinin son odayı rezervasyon yapmak için şuan telefonda beklediğini söylediler. Eğer ben daha fazla fiyat verirsem tekrar bana odayı vereceklerini belirttiler. Tam anlamıyla parayı düşünen bir işletme. Tüketicinin hakkını bilmeyen, hotel işletmeciliğinden haberi olmayan ve düşüncesizce davranışları olan birileri. AVOID

NOT RECOMMENDED! The staff (4 guys of all ages) literally did not speak any English. I was asked to pay in cash and got overcharged - luckily Hotels.com refunded me immediately. I was then kicked out at 9am for no reason. No possibility for breakfast either even against payment. The room was surprisingly spacious and quiet but NOT worth the stress and hassle.

I did rezervation but they said we dont have any rezervation. Nobody knows english if you have any problem hotels.com can not communicate with them. I talk with hotels.com around 3 hours to find somewhere else because of them
