4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel appears to double as a warehouse or packing facility for traders. The reception and common areas were cluttered with bags, packaged goods and people packing merchandise, sometimes making it difficult to enter or leave the building. The television in our room was not working, and the staff were unwilling to fix it. Despite the convenient location, this is not the environment most guests would expect from a hotel. In my opinion, it is only suitable for students who are willing to overlook these conditions. I am genuinely surprised that Expedia lists this property, as I feel its inclusion reflects poorly on Expedia's standards. I would not recommend it for a comfortable holiday stay.
