I liked the location. The hotel is very near a metro and ferry station. The view to the Bosphorus is great. It is also near many bars and stores, which is very convenient. I didn't like that they don't provide airport shuttles. I know it's not an obligation, but Istanbul taxi drivers were very mean.

Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations.

Location and staff won’t disappoint you

This is the second year we stayed in this hotel. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you like a busy downtown life with street food lifestyle, pubs and shopping the location is perfect. Twin rooms are bit too small especially if you have large luggage. No enough space to store them and move around in the room.

A solid hotel in Istanbuls most interesting neighbourhood. Service definitely five star, room a little dated. Early check in was very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Only issue for us was the noise from outside. Not the fault of the hotel but it’s definitely in a lively area. Nothing a trusty pair of earplugs won’t fix.

Fantastic hotel in perfect location

The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Marvelous view over the sea. There is a rooftop pool that is above and beyond anything I saw before.

Exceptional hotel

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality and support. The amenities were impressive, and the rooms were well-maintained. Its proximity to the ferry port, shopping areas, and restaurants was extremely convenient. I look forward to returning to this hotel. My only recommendation would be to install smart TVs in the bedrooms for access to YouTube and Netflix.

Hotel and the rooms are great. It’s quiet at night. The highlight is the breakfast buffet! It is out of this world, everything is gourmet and delicious. Definitely get the breakfast option during your stay here. Crew is very friendly and helpful. They welcome you with warm cookies when you check in.

Located in a great location in Kadikoy, pubs and restaurants are full of the locals! If you are not visiting a restaurant nearbuy called Ciya Sofrasi you are missing out on great and cheap food. Comfy room and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, great rooftop swimming pool, sauna and massage. Great views. Bar food could be better and cheaper. The room bar fridge is empty and not functioning, because it is located in a tightly closed cabinet - hence overheating. I want to see the "smart" person who designs this. Waste of power, nothing else. Very strange and weird.
