This hotel is tucked aside from the city downtown but you can easily reach other Istanbul places by using Hazledar metro station that’s less than 5 min walk away (ps. Can take M3 line down to Bakirkoy to reach Sea of Marmara) and about 15 min walk to Mehmet Akif tram station that can take you to the city center. There are plenty of places to eat around and a grocery supermarket across the street. Rooms are a bit outdated. Sofa needs a deep clean. TV remotes didn’t seem to work well. Windows are not clean. Curtains need to be washed. Sheets and towels were clean. Water bottles were given. This is hotel is friendly to smokers, so if you don’t want the smoke smell in your room make sure you book non smoking room. Breakfast is the same everyday but is fresh and catered by the most welcoming and kind ladies. View is great from the buffet area and it’s covered. The staff made the experience of staying in this hotel worth it. The concierge, the desk and the buffet staff - all wonderful people. Thank you!
