"The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. "Points positifs: un appartement vaste avec 2 salles de bains et propre. Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...

"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bnb. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, sympathiques, réactifs, et nous ont donné plein de conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les endroits où manger. L'endroit est paisible, le logement est bien équipé, la literie est bonne. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec du choix et des produits bio. Une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter les environs mais il est possible de la garer facilement et en sécurité sur le terrain du bnb. En résumé, nous sommes...
