This spacious Charleston-style home was updated in early 2024 with hardwood flooring throughout, renovated first-floor kitchen space, upgraded bathrooms, as well as unbelievable outdoor spaces like a new pool with light-up water feature, hot tub with high-pressure jets, new outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor TV, new decking and even a 7-hole golf putting course!
With 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths & 2 half baths, 3 floors of living area, dual kitchens, incredible outdoor spaces, and 2,000 square feet of porches, it is the perfect spot to spend a getaway by the beach. And for a little added fun, the home has a 7-hole golf putting course int he front yard, designed with a number of complexities with putters, balls and scorecards included!
