Highlighted by its location on the Boardwalk, 125 Grand Pavilion features 2,445 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and two decks, one with ocean peeks. The lower deck has direct access to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which is your family’s path to the beach, pools, and excellent dining.
The interior of 125 Grand Pavilion is warm and welcoming. First, rain or shine, you might want to whip up a storm in the well-equipped, fully-renovated kitchen and serve dinner on the shady Boardwalk deck patio. Next, the living room is highlighted with comfortable furnishings and a large television. Finally, after a full day in the sun and surf has caught up with your family, there are four excellent bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This relaxing bedroom has two queen beds and a full bath. On the second level of the home, there are two guest bedrooms, each with a private full bath. One bedroom has a king bed whereas the second features two queen beds. Finally, the top floor is highlighted with the master bedroom. This is a large suite that has a king bed, private deck, and a full bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower.
Beach access is easy at 125 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of the Wild Dunes community, a boardwalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass-covered dunes leading you to a wide sandy beach. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
