Loved our stay at Nautibeach! The Mayan restaurant there was very good. Really nice location to stay in as well. Within a 5 min walk you’re already near lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was always kept very clean. Definitely recommend. I had a garden view.

The perfect place for a multigenerational family holiday . The condo was gorgeous. The beach, right outside our door ,has the most beautiful sand and water I have ever seen. Very walkable to all the restaurants in the area. We absolutely loved our stay!

Place served its purpose. Very beautiful beach and water. Most of staff friendly and helpful. Condo is outdated; refrigerator was leaking but handyman fixed the clogged line; one young man in the office with glasses was rude even though I spoke in both English and Spanish to him; beach policy which allows anyone not staying at the property to use the beach directly in front of the pool and mix in with those staying at the property was totally ridiculous, Had to constantly watch our belongings, and these people sometimes took chairs and the staff did nothing; access to town meant going around to the main entrance and walking up the main street, or walking up the beach and entering the side street next to Hotel Ixchel, either route was not easy and meant a long trip to the local supermarket and restaurants; pool was nice and clean, but swim up pool bar was not operational; overall beach space for the property was small as the adjacent Mayan Beach Club had it’s own space and charged for their chairs, and the food and drinks prices were not reasonable at all; local police were always on site in nearby street and on the beach and very friendly- much appreciated.
