"Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday, just make sure to leave any tip on the bed or with a note or else they won’t take any cash from your room even if it’s laid out on the table near the bed. The animals is what I loved most about the hotel, all of them were friendly and some of them let you pet them. Overall amazing experience here"

"Nos encantó este hotel!! Literal está a 2 calles de playa bocanegra y a unos 10 min de El Laguito (caminando), del centro está a unos 15 min en uber/didi. Enfrente hay un restaurante delicioso y barato, muchas tiendas, farmacias y más restaurantes, así como una heladería. Más allá de la ubicación, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cómodas, con tele con cable (que es algo importante para nosotras), y con frigobar. Baños amplios. El personal es excelente en todo momento, te reciben con un coctel de bienvenida y te dan agua, café y té 24/7 en el primer piso. El desayuno muy variado y delicioso. Todo excelente, me volvería a hospedar aquí si regreso a Cartagena. :)"

"Un lugar excepciona Tiene vistas espectaculares de Cartagena y una playa bonital! El personal es muy bueno, Angie tiene una atención maravillosa y Cristian también muy atento y amable. La habitación muy linda y limpia, aunque a la TV no le llegaba el WiFi, así que no la pudimos usar. El tour a Pau Pau fue muy decepcionante, fue una mala experiencia, aunque eso no dependió mucho de Fénix, pero no lo recomiendo. La playa es muy bonita y cerca de Cartagena, la comida es muy buena, el servicio es lo mejor del hotel, todos son muy amables y atentos, y en general sus instalaciones son muy bien cuidadas e instagrameables. Sin duda volveremos a visitarlos! Muy recomendado!!!"
