The service in the lobby area (Emil's) was good and the choice of refreshments was good; prices reflected the ambience, cosy and plenty of seating. The room was excellent. "4 star hotel but hospitality and helpfulness of staff is underwhelming. Repeated issues with one of elevators during our stay which forced us to carry heavy bags down stairs to stay on schedule during checkout/departure. Reception desk didn't answer calls ( 5 mins of trying on two occasions). Some hardware (towel hooks?) missing in bathroom -hardware/screws sticking out of walls."
