I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with everything. The room was comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I stayed on the 10th floor and absolutely loved the view! The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection. Overall, a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again.

Staff were lovely, with great English spoken. Room was compact but very clean. Great views of the busy railway yet no noise to be bothersome. We did miss having any tea/coffee/water in the room however the train station next door has all you need. Innsbruck is beautiful & our stay here was great.

Very good location. At the edge of train/bus station. Also 3mins wall from Flix bus station. Walkable distance to any. Hotel was very clean and tidy. A big window for nice view outside. The room was very small but it was okay

Our stay here was so beautiful! We had a view of the mountains that we could look, which made our stay there even better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, it had great lighting, and no complaints about the bathroom. The only thing is that for those who are used to air conditioning, as most places in Europe, it was not strong in our room, but we were not miserable at all!

We stayed at Motel One for one night as we were passing through to Salzburg. Its location is extremely convenient if you are travelling via train. Located right outside the train station. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was so kind and welcoming. The room was great, the bathroom products were lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Innsbruck.

I'd say it was a very good stay. Great room, lovely check in reception staff. Next to the main train station and buses to and from the airport, simply fab. Dont miss out on the breakfast room and bar on the 13th floor. Great views 👏 👌
