The location of the hotel is excellent, just outside the old town with a walking distance to most of the major attractions. The rooms are big and comfortable and got everything you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very good

Lovely hotel, excellent value. Staff exceedingly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Dinner reservations weren’t available at the hotel restaurant and the recommended alternative was a fun and lively Biergarten that we all enjoyed! Top floor pool was lovely, especially in this heat. Front desk staff went out of their way to help with unrelated travel snafus, both for us and also for other guests (as I happened to overhear). Would highly recommend.

Easy walk from train station and steps away from the old town centre. Staff were super friendly, easy check in and quick response to any request. Lots of comfy leather chairs in the lobby. Real treat was hot tub on the roof. Great breakfast too!

Beautiful hotel perfectly located in the old town. Clean rooms, a balcony with mountain view, and rooftop spa with spectacular views. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff!
