"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in very easy. It had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.The location was ideal for what we were in town for, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check in to check out. The host was kind, responsive, and clearly takes great care of the property.This was a temporary stay for us while house hunting, and it truly made the experience so much more enjoyable and stress free. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area."

"This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 5! One of the masters was accessible which was perfect for our son that had a knee injury a few days before our vacation. We had everything we needed and loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space as well. Betsy was super responsive and so kind! I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Clearwater yet also close to the quieter beaches like honeymoon island. "

"Norm was great. Had a small issue with the pool heater and Norm came over the next morning and resolved the issue. Location is nice. Close to Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Thanks again!"

"We were very pleased with all that was provided during our stay. Ample space, beautiful outdoor area, excellent pool, pool towels, spacious room, pool bar is spacious and we enjoyed grilling. Pool toys and seating were perfect. We had three families - 6 adults and 4 children. Each family had there own space to settle. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also really loved spending time on the screened in porch. Great sunsets and moon sets! We saw dolphins, woodpeckers, and other big and beautiful birds. "

"Staff was outstanding. Pool was good but a bit crowded. Too many children. South course was in good shape. A bit too expensive to play. Steak house was great. Service by our server Ralph was very good. Drinks were made to perfection. "

"Everything was great inside and out of the room. Pool isn’t great for small children as it is only 3.5 ft in the shallow end. We have a 6 yr old and he couldn’t touch. The address kept wanting us to go to the other side of the property, thankfully there was a great gate operator that gave us the correct directions. There are a lot of signs that say st Andrews buildings but not specifically which building this unit is in until you pull up closely to the front door. "
