"When I arrived I found I was upgraded to a different room. Was pleased with the upgrade, the staff was apologetic and followed up to make sure everything was good"

"Closest airport to the terminal and with a complementary shuttle that runs pretty regularly. Rooms are clean and a good size. Staff are very helpful. Only downside was the pool Which was freezing and would definitely benefit from being heated."
