"Stay at Amari was fantastic with excellent customer service from all staffs at Amari. Special thanks to Am who did the check in and check out for us. She was lovely and very helpful to give us all the information required for our stay. Buffet breakfast was great with alot of variety of dishes to choose. Location was perfect, close to shopping malls, markets and station where you either walk and take the tuk tuk. Will definitely go back to stay in Amari next time. Thank you Amari."

"I would not recommend this hotel. Poor location, difficult and filthy surroundings. This has to be the worst value hotel I've encountered in Bangkok that I can remember. Too many other options that are far superior. Extremely disappointed 😔."

"Staff in reception was rude and not helpful. I booked a room for three people (daughter and wife). I had to pay extra for my daughter (14 dollars) to get breakfast for her and they did not provided a sofa bed or bunk bed. My daughter had to sleep on the floor (after paying extra), the receptionist claimed the hotel was full and was very unhelpful. I put two stars as the some of the staff members were helpful , but the staff in reception was bad unhelpful and tried to charge for everything....

"The only negative part is the accomodation. If you are not lucky enough to get the gnd or first floor, be prepared to climb by stairs as there is no elevator. We were at 5th floor... imagine the climbing ...lol. Luckily the staff is kind enough to move us to the gnd floor when it became vacant."
