Overall, all workers in cleaning, kitchen, restaurants need continuous training in personal hygiene, cleanliness on weekly basis. This is a general problem in India. Workers are influenced by their own living situation, space, cleanliness. Take this suggestion as you will but cleanliness need to improve.
